CANCELLATION POLICY
At High Tide Nails, we value your time and ours. To provide each client with the best experience and to keep our schedule running smoothly, we ask that you please review our cancellation policy below: 💬 Cancellations & Reschedules We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer your spot to another guest. ❌ No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without notice (no-call/no-show), a 100% service fee will be charged to your card on file when booking took place. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges. ⏰ Late Arrivals We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid running behind for the next guest. 💳 Deposits Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This goes toward your total and secures your appointment. 🤍 Please Note Our current booking hours are set to Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We understand that these times may not work for everyone, so if you need an appointment outside of those hours, feel free to send us a private message—We’ll do our best to accommodate you when possible!
